Bad News

My apologies for not writing yesterday (I was having a nap). I very happy because its the end of term three so we have holidays!!! :) But I have some bad news I am going to India on the coming Friday. That means that I can't write my blog :( so I'll just have to tell you the stories when I come back.:) so I off for now......But wait don't I have to tell you some thing else??? Oh yes my english test results!! Well since I don't have much time I'll cut the long story short.I got (drum roll please) 36  out of forty. That is why I was so sad. :(  👱 o

Day

"Ahem....ahem...I have made a resolution I will not blog on weekends."says  the great lady Sophia.  What shall I talk about today?? 😮 I know I will talk about the book I am reading now.📖 Now I am reading a book called Of Witches And Wind it is in a series of four books.📖 Of Witches And Wind is the second book.The first book is called Of Giants and Ice. 📖 I finished Of Giants and Ice it is a wonderful book you should read it to.📖 I just love putting emojis in my blog.👯    

Hate My Day

Wah I am soo sad!!!  😢 I got the english test marks.But unlike my math marks my english maks are very bad! Last semester I got 27 out of 30 for math and 29 out of 30 for english. That means I got 3 more marks for math!! (: But you wont be so happy when I tell you how much I got for english. English & Math

Why just why do I always talk about math lessons?? 😐 Well lets talk about english lesson now!..

Madam Aida:Why this always  happen.

Sophia: Huh?? (very softly)

Madam Aida: Jia Xuan did you take Ethan's mechanical pencil??

Jia Xuan: Nooo!!! This mechanical pencil is mine!!! I bought it from the book shop!!!

Madam Aida: Some one has been taking things for a long time. For example somebody took  Ariel's mechanical pencil and somebody took Mano's new exercise book.

Now we do sooner or later have to change the subject...So now its time for maths

Its the end of recess and we are in our classroom with  Miss  Fatin.

Miss Fatin: Shreayas come here.

(shreayas comes)

Miss Fatin: Shreayas there are a lot of complains on you. Everybody says that you are a bully.

Shreayas: Huh???

Miss Fatin: Class can you give some examples of what Shreayas has done?

Vivian: After Shreayas washes his hands he always shakes the water from his hands on me!

(lots more complains from class)

Miss Fatin: OK that's enough.

(miss fatin gives a very long speech about begin nice to your friends and toled us the story of the boy who said wolf)

Love my day

My apologies for not writing yesterday but I am so H-A-P-P-Y!! 😁  I got the math marks! As my math teacher walked in to the class room I was having my usual nervous breakdown. Then my math teacher announced that she was going to give us our test paper back so I had a nervous nervous breakdown! Then my math teacher announced that nobody had passed and one person had failed  so I had  nervous nervous nervous breakdown because I had a friend \ enemy who I always wanted to beat in a test friend \ enemy was Si Han. Me and Si Han where labelled the best two students in the class. My teacher said that she had arranged the papers  from the highest mark to the lowest mark.Now I the nice part:

Teacher:Si Han 39 out of 40 first mark.

(insert  nervous nervous nervous nervous breakdown for me)

Teacher:Sophia 39 out of 40 first mark.

(my name is Sophia)

Teacher: Shreayas 39 out of 40 first mark.

( add amazed expression to the whole class)

Teacher:Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah

Teacher: I will now go throuh the paper

I looked at the question which was marked wrong but I could not find any mistakes the question went  like this:

7. Jenny has 7 ten-cent coins and 6 five-cent coins. How much money does he have altogether? 

(1)$0.37

(2)$0.73                                                                                              (  3  )❌

(3)$1.00                                                                                                   

(4)$3.70                                                                                                                

Teacher: Question 7 is the one which many people got wrong. Everybody who got this question correct raise your hand.

(four people raise their hands)

Teacher: Well.. this is how you solve the question. First: 7 × $0.10 = $0.70 Then 6 × $0.50 = $3.00 $3.00 + $0.70 = $3.70 = ( 4 )

Si Han And Me: Miss  Fatin its 6 five-cent coins not 6 fifty-cent coins!

Teacher: Sorry my mistake.

So in the end I got full marks Shreayas got full marks and Si Han got full marks!!!!.. 👸

Math Test Results

Ho Hum! Today I had to wake up at 6.25 am.I was so sleepy 😫 but I was very very nervous because I always feel nervous when a teacher is going to show us the results for a test this test to be exact was a math test. So I waited very nervously until math lesson but my math teacher said she could only show us tomorrow onward.So much for being nervous!    

With our guests

Our guests where two boys named Christoper and  Casten and their mother and father.The two boys loved woodworking stayed in our workroom for four hours.Christoper made a birdhouse and Casten well.. helped me finish my project.After that all of us went to the pool.We stayed there for three hours.But Christoper and  Casten's mother and father did not have swim suit's so my mom stayed with them for three whole hours to entertain them.After two hours Christoper and  Casten's mother bought us nachos and when we where about to leave she bought us pizza and fish balls.

Meringues

Today I had guests at my house so I made meringues for dessert. Meringues are pretty easy to make taste very good but I made a very very silly mistake I forgot to grease the plate that I put in the oven
to cook the meringues.So my meringues are stuck to the plate and I can't get them out.

Starting A New Blog

Today is the 19 August evening I am soo excited to start a new blog! I'l be writing about my life in school and at home.
